Real life becomes reel life in this Indo-British production by independent company Camphor Cinema, which is being directed by award-winning director Gnana Rajasekaran. Partly shot in India with a crew of only 35 people, the film aims to demonstrate the humanism that existed between two culturally different people during imperialistic times. The movie is being shot both in English and in Tamil as Ramanujan spoke both languages.

The film, which will be distributed worldwide, is due to be released at the end of this year. Read more here.
